A. Domestic Orders:
For all orders within India, we offer free shipping, unless mentioned otherwise.
Ready to ship orders take up to 24-hours to process. Once shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number.
Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked by our Quality Control team. If you receive an item which is damaged, please Contact Us immediately.
B. International Orders:
For International deliveries, the shipping cost is calculated at the time of placing the order depending on the value, weight and volume of the products purchased.
We will provide you with an estimated delivery date for your order at the time of placing the order, which will also be noted on your order confirmation email. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and/or on nationally observed holidays. Once shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number.

C. Delivery Terms:
We require that all deliveries are signed for by a person at the delivery address. You agree that delivery takes place when the goods are signed for at the delivery address and the signature of the person at the delivery address is conclusive evidence that the signed-for goods have been delivered to you at that address.
If nobody is available to take delivery, please contact us using the contact details mentioned in our website to arrange an alternative delivery, unless you and we agree otherwise, if we cannot deliver your goods:

Product prices are shown as per the country from where the site is accessed, in case a particular currency is not defined in our system then for such country/countries the prices are shown in INR.
D. Delivery Assurance:
FIO ensures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you.
We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.
If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes, then you accept that evidence of a signature by that person (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by FIO and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
